Strategy Sprint

Engage your team in five three-hour working sessions over the course of 4-6 weeks and create a strategic plan to move your business forward. You will receive expert advice, guidance, and analysis throughout.  At the end of each session, you will receive an updated draft of your strategic plan which we will continue to fine-tune together throughout the remainder of the sprint. Each session is run by an experienced business advisor and facilitator and follows a custom-designed agenda with iterative, engaging exercises to help you discover your strategy.

Benefits of a strategy sprint

A strategy sprint gives your team more time to collaborate and reflect on your most difficult decisions.  It allows your team to see the strategy emerge through a series of facilitated working sessions.  This approach creates high levels of team engagement and can give your team time to critically assess each aspect of your strategy. A strategy sprint is typically requested by organizations that would like to pursue major changes in direction, or that are creating a strategy for the first time.
